A yard, not a call centre.
Just Self Storage is family-run. We own our yards, we answer our own phone, and the person who shows you the container is the person you will see again.
How we got here
We started with a handful of containers on a yard in Woolwich, let to people who needed somewhere dry and secure and did not want to sign a lease to get it.
Word travelled. Today there are three yards across south London and Surrey and 103 containers, and a good share of them are let to people who were recommended by someone already storing with us.
What has not changed is how it works. You get a steel container, you fit your own padlock, and you pay one monthly price with nothing added afterwards. If something needs sorting, you ring the yard and someone picks up.

Plain pricing
One monthly figure. No admin fee, no exit fee, no charge for visiting your own things. If the price changes we tell you before it does, not after.
Real people
Staff on site through office hours who know the yard and can actually solve a problem. You will not be handed to a queue.
Your lock, your key
We cannot open your container and we do not keep a spare key. That is the point of it.
